Ownership & site buyback

From €12 excl. VAT / year (€14.40 incl. VAT), subject to availability. Some TLDs or premium names can cost significantly more (up to several thousand euros). We provide a precise quote as soon as the target domain is known.
The build is free because it's amortized over the 12-month commitment. This lets us offer a pro site from €49/month with no upfront investment — and establish a long-term relationship with a provider who knows your project.
A degressive penalty applies: 100 % of remaining monthly fees between months 1 and 6, 50 % between months 7 and 12. After 12 months, you leave with no penalty after a 2-month notice.
The site remains MAG&Cie property during the active contract. You can buy it back at any time (source code, design, content) at a degressive price depending on contract age.
All plans include 1h/month of editorial updates (text changes, photos, prices, hours). Beyond that, it's €60/h excl. VAT. Unused hours don't carry over.
Astro or Next.js (static rendering). It's fast, secure, cheap to maintain, and excellent for SEO. We avoid WordPress which is heavy to maintain and exposed to many vulnerabilities.
You provide text, photos and logos. If you don't have them, we can help structure them (full copywriting or professional photos are separate paid services).
An AI Pack is offered as an option (chatbot, generated FAQ, automated blog content). It's linked to our AI Support offering and billed separately based on scope.
