What it is
Vendor-neutral hosting and infrastructure scoping: OVH, Scaleway, AWS, Azure, GCP, self-hosted, EU-sovereign or SecNumCloud based on real needs.
For whom
SMEs, mid-market, SaaS editors and essential/operator-of-vital-service entities picking the right hosting (cost, sovereignty, NIS2/DORA/HDS) without vendor pressure.
Indicative price
Scoping + migration plan on quote. SecNumCloud stays as one option among others, never the default.
Situations where clients hand us their hosting.
- 1
You don't want to run your hosting yourself. You want a single accountable partner for availability, backups and security.
- 2
You need EU sovereign hosting for a compliance requirement, a public tender, a regulated buyer, or an internal digital-sovereignty policy.
- 3
Your application must absorb traffic spikes (launch, campaign, seasonality) without falling over or blowing your bill the rest of the time.
- 4
You need 24/7 monitoring with immediate alerting and fast response. You have no internal team for nights and weekends.
What we cover
A modular set, adjusted to your criticality and budget.
Web hosting
Websites, applications, back-ends, databases. Separated environments (staging, preprod, prod), automated deployment, logging, backups.
Provider selection
Depending on your need: OVH, Scaleway, AWS, Azure, GCP, self-hosted, or sovereign hosting. We compare 3-year real cost, reversibility, business fit, and instruct the decision.
Monitoring
Availability, response time, error rate, saturation. Alerting on channels you already use (email, team chat, phone). Monthly report.
Scalability
Auto-scaling under load, load balancing across instances, content delivery network to absorb spikes and improve response times.
Security
Application firewall, DDoS protection, in-transit and at-rest encryption, environment isolation, fine-grained access, key rotation.
DR / BC
Written disaster recovery and business continuity plans, with recovery time and data loss objectives, covered disaster scenarios, failover drill tested at least once a year.
Automated backups
Daily or more frequent backups, stored apart from production, immutable within a defined window, restore regularly tested — not just documented.
EU sovereign options
EU hosting, HDS (Health Data Hosting), SecNumCloud (ANSSI qualification) — offered on client requirement. Not required by default, only when context demands.
From reclaiming an existing hosting to setting up a fresh infrastructure.
Needs scoping
We qualify the real need: traffic, criticality, sensitive data, compliance, target budget. We separate what must be sovereign from what can stay on public cloud.
Provider choice
Structured option comparison, written arbitration note, reasoned recommendation. You decide, we take no affiliate commission.
Setup
Infrastructure deployment, guided migration if taking over an existing one, monitoring and backups in place, operational documentation delivered.
Operations
Monthly management contract, monthly report, quarterly review, annual DR drill. Reversibility contracted from day one: you can recover your data and access anytime.
Frequent questions
How much does hosting cost with you?+
Custom quote. Indicative: from €20-30/month excl. VAT for a shared website with backups and basic monitoring. From €150-300/month excl. VAT for a dedicated application with separated environments. Options (24/7 monitoring, tested DR, sovereign hosting) are priced separately.
Are you provider-independent?+
Yes. No affiliate commission. We recommend the provider that best serves your case — cost, performance, sovereignty, business fit. The choice stays yours.
Do you cover all providers?+
Priority: OVH, Scaleway, AWS, Azure, GCP, Linux self-hosting, EU sovereign hosting. For rarer providers, we scope upstream to size the onboarding time.
Is SecNumCloud, HDS or sovereign hosting mandatory?+
Not by default. Required on some public markets, in healthcare (HDS for health data), or by regulated buyers. For most companies, it's an option to enable on requirement, not a default obligation.
Are you reachable at night?+
With 24/7 monitoring (contracted option), yes. Without: business hours only, with emergency intervention possible within 2 to 24 business hours depending on the contract.
Reversibility if we leave?+
Systematic and contracted from day one. Anytime, you recover your data, configurations, access. We support the exit to your new provider at no extra charge for the first 30 days.
