OpenSpot account deletion

1. About this page
OpenSpot is a mobile app published by MAG&Cie. This page explains how to delete your OpenSpot account and which data is deleted.
2. Delete your account from the app
This is the recommended method: 1. Open the OpenSpot app 2. Go to the Profile tab 3. Tap "Delete account" 4. Confirm the deletion Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately and permanently.
3. If you cannot access the app
Email contact@mag-cie.com from the email address associated with your account, requesting deletion of your account. Your request will be processed within 30 days.
4. Data deleted
Deleting your account deletes the account and all data linked to it: • Email address • Username • Avatar (optional) • Points and level • Preferred language • Push notification token • All your contributions (tags and notes)
5. Data retained
No data is retained after account deletion, beyond what is required to purge backups: residual copies in encrypted backups are removed within 30 days.
