Can PoC code be used in production?+
No, and that's intentional. A PoC is optimized to validate fast, not to hold under load. The code serves as a live spec for the MVP that follows. Going further = MVP — different scoping, different quote.
Do I own the code?+
Yes. The code lands in your private space from day one. You walk away with it even if you decide not to continue with MAG&Cie.
Do you sign an NDA?+
Always. NDA + mission agreement signed before kickoff. MAG&Cie can provide its standard NDA if you don't have one.
What if the PoC says no?+
That's a result, not a failure. You avoided investing €60,000 to €200,000 on a product the market didn't want. The orientation note documents why, what stays reusable, and the alternative paths.
